Canyon Vista Architectural Committee Forms
Canyon Vista Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) require that any owner of property within the subdivision obtain prior written approval for any new structure or exterior alteration or addition to the existing structure or lot. All requests are subject to the Canyon Vista CC&Rs, Colorado State Statutes regarding Homeowners Associations, and City and/or County Building codes.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) suggests that you review the CC&Rs for conditions and restrictions prior to completion of this Architectural Request Form. Approval of your request is based on the completeness of information you provide. Failure to answer all questions fully and accurately or to timely provide information and documentation needed by the ACC could cause a delay in any determination. Each project requires a separate request form. Allow 30 days for the ACC’s response once a complete request is received.
