Canyon Vista Annual Meetings

Our annual meetings are held in January or February, typically at Wingate Elementary. Prior to the meeting we will EMAIL you copies of the annual report, last year's meeting minutes, proposed agenda and proxy form.

Invoices for annual dues are sent out with the Annual Meeting information,and due March 31.  For 2026, annual dues are $800, plus a $250 Special Assessment for the irrigation pond dredging which will take place in the Spring of 2027.
